These terms apply to your use of Fincora (fincora.ai), operated by Bilal Masood, Islamabad, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Fincora you agree to them.
1. What Fincora is
Fincora is an independent exam practice service for finance and accounting qualifications. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to ACCA, IMA, CFA Institute, The Institute of Internal Auditors, GARP, CIMA or any other examining body. Exam names are the trademarks of their owners. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are registered trademarks owned by CFA Institute, which does not endorse, promote or warrant the accuracy or quality of Fincora. All questions on Fincora are written by us and are not past exam papers.
2. Your account
- You must give a valid email address and keep your sign-in secure.
- Accounts are personal. Do not share your account or let others use it.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
3. Free launch period and paid plans
During our launch period, Fincora's features are free, subject to fair-use limits such as a monthly number of marked written answers. We may introduce paid plans later. We will tell you before any feature you use becomes paid, and you will never be charged without choosing to pay.
4. Marking and results
- Scores, instant marking and tutor reviews are for practice and guidance only. They are not official marks and do not predict or guarantee your result in any real exam.
- Instant marking is produced automatically against our marking guide and may sometimes be wrong. Tutor reviews are checked and approved by a qualified tutor.
- We aim to complete tutor reviews within the time shown on the site, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: copy, scrape, resell or republish our questions, explanations or model answers; try to get around usage limits or security; upload unlawful or abusive content; or use Fincora in a way that harms the service or other users.
6. Our content
All content on Fincora, including questions, explanations, model answers, design and software, belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it only for your own personal study.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Fincora available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may update, add or remove features and content. If you find an error in a question, please tell us at hello@fincora.ai.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Fincora and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
9. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Fincora is provided "as is" and we are not liable for exam results, lost opportunities or indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that applies to you.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Islamabad, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
